By-law 2023-002
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2008-037, a by-law to
establish a Municipal Service Board to operate the
Newcastle Memorial Arena
Whereas Council passed Resolution #GG-013-23, arising out of Report LGS-003-23, to amend
By-law 2008-037 to decrease the Council representatives from two Members of Council to
one;
Now therefore be it enacted that By-law 2008-037 be amended as follows:
That Section 2 be deleted and replaced with the following:
The Board shall be comprised of eight persons, including one Member of
Council.
