BY-LAW NO. 2012-040
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2011-036, a by-law respecting
the appointment of a Chief Building Official, Building Inspectors,
Plumbing Inspectors and Fire Safety Inspectors.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has approved the
recommendations contained in Report EGD-015-12.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1. Schedule `A', Table `B' to By-law 2011-036 is hereby amended by
adding the following there to:
Column 1 "Inspector"
Column 2 "Adam Dunn"
Column 3 "Building Inspector/Plans Examiner"
Column 4 "25118"
2. Schedule `A', Table `B' to By-law 2011-036 is hereby amended by
deleting the following thereto:
"Jeremy Zegers"
This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing hereof.
BY-LAW passed in open session this 14th day of May, 2012.
