1) That the minimum setback to the north side of the property line be 4m;
2) That the maximum distance between the rear wall of the dwelling and the
front wall of the detached garage be 40m; and
3) That the existing 11 m2 shed be removed from the property within 90 days
of the issuance of the building permit for the proposed garage."
