RECOMMENDATIONS:
is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee

1. That Report CS -28 -87 be received; and
2. That the Clarke Township Museum and Archives be authorizstotonutm he

On approval of Council, staff will prepare and execute a letter of understanding with
the Board as to the facilities use during this interum period, any costs that may be
involved and the specifics of an appropriate eliment of time after which the Museums
occupancy of the building will have to be vacated. Staff is presently examining
possible long term solutions as they may relate to the use of the Orono Armories
building and will report on this matter at a subsequent meeting.
