PARKS CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT UPDATE RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: - 1. That Report CS -35 -86 be received for information. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: The Community Services Parks Division has had a very productive spring and summer season, having met the majority of our goals as outlined in our Capital Budget. The attached information is provided to members of Council as an update on the status of our Capital Budget, as it relates to Park Development and Upgrading throughout the Municipality.
