The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington By-law 2022-065 Being a By-law to exempt a certain portion of Block 34, Registered Plan 40M- 2612 from Part Lot Control Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it advisable to exempt from Part Lot Control on Part of Block 34, Plan 40M-2612, Parts 9,10 & 85, 13, 14, 15 & 86, 16, 17, 18 & 87, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 88, 24, 25, 26 & 89, 27, 28, 29 & 90, 30, 31, 32 & 91, 33, 34 & 92 and 35 & 101 Plan 40R-31055 registered at the Land Titles Division of Whitby (File # PLC 2022-0003); Now Therefore Be It Resolved That the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1. That Subsection 5 of Section 50 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those lands described in Paragraph 2 within the By-law. 2. That this By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Municipality of Clarington and thereafter Subsection 5 of Section 50 shall cease to apply to Part of Block 34, Plan 40M-2612, Parts 9,10 & 85, 13, 14, 15 & 86, 16, 17, 18 & 87, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 88, 24, 25, 26 & 89, 27, 28, 29 & 90, 30, 31, 32 & 91, 33, 34 & 92 and 35 & 101, Plan 40R-31055. 3. Pursuant to Subsection 7.3 of Section 50 of the Planning Act, this By-law shall be in force for a period of one (1) year ending on December 12, 2023.
