Foley of Kingsberry Properties (see Schedule A & B) who wishes to purchase + 609.6m2 of table land described as part of Block 75, Plan 10M -807, Pt. Lot 31, Concession 2 in the Town of Newcastle. The land in question is part of an Open Space land used for overland flow and storm storage purposes and is located on the west side of Trull's Road off Sandringham Drive. ../2 901 REPORT CS-20-89 ® 2 - June 19, 1989 1.2 The various interested Departments and Agencies have been advised of the request and invited to comment. We have received no objection to the sale of the triangular shaped piece of land and note it can be sold without affecting the function of Block 75 for storm purposes. The purchaser for his part will improve the marketability of 5 lots and create 4 new lots from currently registered blocks. It is our view that with this in mind the land should be appraised based on the value of the nine (9) enhanced or created lots. Respectfully submitted, Jose P.
