NOVEMBER 5, 1990
1.2 The firm of Daniel J. O'Brien Associates Ltd. as the

directed to proceed with obtaining all necessary

under what conditions approvals will be given. In brief
they propose a five year lease agreement for the

lease agreement a by -law authorizing the execution of the
agreement is required. A proposed By -Law (Attachment #2)
is provided for your perusal.
