Council Agenda -.4 - May 9, 1994 MOTION NOTICE OF MOTION REPORTS 1. General Purpose and Administration Committee Report of May 2, 1994. UNFINISHED BUSINESS BY -LAWS 94 -73 being a by -law to authorize the release of an Agreement with Kingsberry Properties and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington for the development of Plan of Subdivision 1OM -834 (Item #3 of Report #1); and 94 -74 being a by -law to amend By -law 91 -201, as amended, a by -law to establish the Members of Council as Chairmen of Departments and to establish the Order of Proceedings at the General Purpose and Administration Committee Meetings. OTHER BUSINESS 1. Proclamation of Clarington Clean -up Week. WHEREAS the goal of Clarington Clean -up Week is to promote a clean, attractive and safe community; AND WHEREAS the citizens of the Municipality continue to express interest for a clean, attractive and safe community and environment; AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Clarington is encouraging citizens, community organizations and service clubs to participate in Clarington Clean -up Week; AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Clarington is prepared to schedule special collections and dispose.of all refuse collected: NOW THEREFORE, I Diane Hamre, the Mayor of the Municipality of Clarington, declare the week of May 22 to May 28, 1994, as Clarington Clean -up Week in Clarington. BY -LAW TO APPROVE THE ACTIONS OF COUNCIL ADJOURNMENT
