The application has been amended to permit the construction of an addition
(sunroom) to a single detached dwelling by increasing the maximum permitted lot
coverage from 40% to 43.5% and by decreasing the minimum required rear yard
setback from 10.5 metres to 7.5 metres.
Michael Taylor and Mark Brown appeared in support of this application. No persons
appeared in opposition to this application.

"TO approve the application to permit the construction of an addition

To permit the construction of a building containing a day nursery on a property with
ancillary land uses such as playground and parking area. This will be accomplished
by reducing the front yard setback from 10 metres to 2 metres, the exterior side yard
setback from 10 metres to 2 metres and omitting the requirement for a loading space.
David Stephenson and Julie Andrews appeared in support of this application. No
persons appeared in opposition to this application.

"TO approve the application to permit the construction of a building
containing a day nursery by reducing the front yard setback from 10
metres to 2 metres, the exterior side yard setback from 10 metres to 2

detrimental to the neighbourhood."
