BY -LAW NO. 2012 -031
Being a by -law to amend By -law 2008 -039, as
amended, to establish a Municipal Service Board to
operate a Community Hall in Tyrone
WHEREAS Council has approved Resolution #GPA- 242 -12;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
THAT By -law #2008 -039 is further amended in paragraph 2. by deleting the
words "two (2) members of whom shall be members of Council' and replacing
them with the words "one (1) member of whom shall be a member of Council'.
By -law passed in open session this 16th day of April 2012.
