The Salvation Army has requested permission to hold a
parade, details of which are outlined in the attached
correspondence.
We have no difficulty with this request, but require the
organization to contact this department for a Road Occupancy
Permit and to make the necessary arrangements for proper
co- ordination, i.e., signing, barricades, etc.
As a portion of the parade route is on Liberty Street, a
Regional Road, we are also suggesting that the Salvation
Army contact that agency.
Yours very truly,
R.G. Dupuis, P. Eng.,
Director of Public Works.
