BY-LAW NO. 2012-016
Being a by-law to amend By-law#2011-016, being a
by-law to govern the proceedings of the Council of the
municipality of Clarington, its General Purpose and
Administration Committee and Special Committees
WHEREAS Council has approved the recommendations contained in Report
CLD-009-12,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
THAT By-law#2011-016 is hereby amended in section 4.9.1 by deleting the
words:
"such other day and time as Council, GPA or Special Committee, by
resolution, may direct."
and replacing them with the words:
"at 4:00 p.m. on the following Thursday."
By-law passed in open session this 5th day of March 2012.
