BY-LAW NO. 2012-010
Being a by-law to repeal By-law#2001-215
WHEREAS Council has approved the recommendations contained in Report
CLD-004-12,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
THAT By-law#2001-215 is hereby repealed.
By-law passed in open session this 13th day of February 2012.
