BY-LAW NUMBER 2004-112
being a by-law to authorize the authorize a Purchase Agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and Terry Edwards, in respect to the
purchase of Part 1, 10R-1734, Part Lot 9, Broken Front Concession, former
Town of Bowmanville, 63 East Beach Road, Bowmanville
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
That the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, purchase agreement between
Terry Edwards and said Corporation.
