The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
By-law 2022-036
Being a By-law to add Schedule "H", the Cemetery Price List, to the Fee
By-law 2010-142.
Whereas the Council for the Municipality of Clarington adopt the recommendations in
Report LGS-012-22 to move the price list from the Cemetery By-law to the Fee By-law.
Now therefore be it resolved that The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
That a Cemetery Price List, Attachment A to this by-law, be added to the
Fee By-law, By-law 2010-142 as Schedule "H".
2. That this By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing.

Cemetery Price List
2022 & Beyond
The Cemetery Price List, beginning with the 2023 Price List, shall be adjusted, without
amendment to this By-law annually on January 1 st in each year, in accordance with the
October over October, Ontario All -Items Consumer Price Index (CPI) with a lower limit of
zero (when the CPI is negative) and upper limit of 5% (when the CPI exceeds 5%); rounded
to the nearest dollar based on the actual "pre -rounded" price from the previous year.
Definitions and regulations shall be found in the Cemetery By-law.
The following are the 2022 rates:
