.Copywrite the "Orono brand", water tower
2. Rebranding Orono:
. "Orono, the place to be"
.No contest, just going to go with "Orono, the place to be"
3. Open Letter:

4. Notes from Timothy:
.Planters painted, Green, same colour as town hall door, solid stain (was Scott
doing this?), will be done over the winter

New Things:
1. Event for 2021:
.Dances at the Town Hall
.Haunted House at the Town Hall

.Strongman competition
*If the event were at the Town Hall we would split the profits
2. Subcommittee:
.Orono Fair parade float
Christmas parade float
Christmas parade organization (paper trail), maybe Lori would be good at this?
3. Spending Big Box Money:
.We would like to spend all of it this year

4. Volunteer Night:
.Hosted at the town hall
.Pick the events that we need volunteers for
.Explain what each event is about to the crowd
.Have volunteer sign up sheets for each event
.Maybe including the Town Hall for more volunteers?
5. New Emails:
.setting up gmail accounts so that they are free and we aren't spending a yearly
fee
6. Whats App Group:
.Easier communication
.Making a group with the core 6 members
.Making a second group with all members, to include the OAA and Fair Board
7. Meeting with Other Orono Groups:
.Setting up a meeting with the Principal people from the OAA, the Fair Board and
Town Hall Board
.With the hope of working together on upcoming events so we have more man
power
