Minutes of a meeting of the Newcastle Community Hall Board
Held on March 12, 2007 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers.

The board discussed custodial vacancy. It was decided an advertisement would be placed
in the Canadian Statesman (Wednesday edition). Fulltime/Temporary position for 2 —9
months at $12.00/hr. WHMIS is an asset. Cut off date for applications would be March
28.
Discussed refinishing of auditorium floor—3 quotes to be obtained, work to be done
week of April 7.
