BY-LAW NO. 2011-102
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and the Clarington Board of Trade
for the provision of economic development services
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
THAT the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk be authorized to execute an
agreement with the Clarington Board of Trade for the provision of
economic development services for the period 2012 to 2016 inclusive.
