WD-57-85 REPORT: It has been determined that the property at the northwest corner of King and Division Streets in Bowmanville encroaches onto the King Street road allowance by about two feet. The building has been in place for many years , King Street has been reconstructed with the encroachment being there, and it is not envisaged that the lands involved will be required for municipal purposes. It is, therefore, recommended that the attached by-law authorizing the encroachment over Part 2, Plan 1OR-2062, be enacted. Respectfully submitted, R.G. Dupuis , P. Eng., Director of Public Works.
