That this report be received; and, 2. That Part of Lot 19, Concession 5, former_ Township of Darlington more specifically Part 1 of R.P. 1OR2527 and Part 1 of R.P. 1OR2533, be dedicated as road allowance; and, 3. That a dedicating by-law be passed; and, 4. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary documents; and, 5. That a copy of the by-law be forwarded to Kitchen, Kitchen & Simeson, 86 Simcoe Street South, P.O. Box 428, Oshawa, Ontario, L1H 7L5, . . . .2 I I Page 2 Report WD-60-87 As a result of land division application, Lot 19, Concession 5, in the former Township of Darlington, the Public Works Department recognized the deficient width of the abutting road and requested that a strip of land be dedicated to the municipality as a condition of severance. The applicant dedicated Part 1 of R.P. 1OR-2527 and Part 1 of R.P. 1OR-2533 as shown on the attached plans and it is now recommended that the appropriate by-law be passed to complete the transaction.
