DEDICATIN OF BLOCKS 13, 14 and 17, PLAN 1OM-780, PART LOT 15,
CONCESSION 3, FORMER TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON AS PUBLIC ROAD ALLOWANCE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1. That this report be received; and,
2. That the one foot reserve shown as Block 17, Registered Plan 1OM-780,
be lifted; and,
3. That Blocks 13, 14 and 17 be dedicated as public road allowance; and,
4. That the necessary dedicating by-law be passed; and,
5. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the required
documentation.

REPORT:
Lawyers representing the developers of Registered Plan 1OM-780 have
requested that the Town dedicate by by-law Blocks 13 and 14, which lands
were acquired under the development agreement for road widening purposes, as
public road allowance. As well , the Town has received a request to lift the
one foot reserve, Block 17, and dedicate this block as public road
allowance. This reserve was placed to control access and development
pending application for land severence.
The Town has received and processed application LD 580/86 and the applicant
has satisfied the Town in all matters relating to the Land Division.
It is, therefore, appropriate to lift the one foot reserve and dedicate
Blocks 13, 14 and 17, Plan 1OM-780 as public road allowance.
