PRESTONUALE ROAD
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1 . That Prestonvale Road be reconstructed from Phair Avenue to Highway 2
in conjunction with the White Cliffe Development construction; and,
2. That the Town' s share of the reconstruction cost be funded from Public
Works Lot Levies.

REPORT:
A condition of the subdivision agreement with Betty Jo King and Archie Earl
King for the WHite Cliffe Development west of Prestonvale Road is that the
developer contribute to the cost of reconstruction of Prestonvale Road to
urban standard and, Phair Avenue to Highway 2.
The estimated value of the Town' s share of the construction cost is
$38,000.00. This price is very competitive and is based on prices
established by the developer with several millions of dollars of works
involved internally in the White Cliffe subdivision.
It is recommended that the Town take advantage of this volume pricing and
request the developer to proceed with the works in conjunction with their
works in the subdivision and that the Town' s share of the costs be funded
from Public Works Lot Levies.
