RECOMMENDATIONS:

It is respectfully recommended:

1 . That Report WD-22-87 be received; and,
2. That a bylaw be passed by the Town of Newcastle dedicating lands
acquired for road purposes on Jones Avenue, specifically Part 6 of
R.P. 1OR2205, as part of the road allowance; and,
3. That Mr. H. Konopny, of the Quadrillium Corporation, Suite 205, 5300
Yonge Street, Willowdale, Ontario, M2N 5R2, be so advised.

REPORT:
As part of an ongoing process, the Town is dedicating all road widenings and
extension blocks as public highway by bylaw.
The subject lands (Part 6) have been acquired by the Town of Newcastle for
road purposes and are located at the east end of Jones Avenue in
Newtonville, as shown on the attached plan.

on• November 21, 1986 from The Quadrillium Corporation to The
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle for Part 6, Plan 1OR-2205
as instrument number 131556 . We would further advise that Part
6 was discharged from the existing Mortgage registered in favour of
Manning Swartz on the same date by Discharge of Mortgage registered
as instrument number 131557.

We would therefore confirm that in our opinion The
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle is the owner of Part 6 , Plan
1OR-2205 free and clear of encumbrances .
