ROAD ALLOWANCE DEDICATION - SIMPSON AVENUE, BOWMANVILLE
PART 4, R.P. 1OR-263 AS PART OF ROAD ALLOWANCE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1 . That Report WD-9-87 be received; and,
2. That a by- law be passed by the Town of Newcastle dedicating lands
acquired for the future widening and improving of Simpson Avenue as
public highway; and,
3. That a copy of said by-law be forwarded to the law firm of Hamilton
and Bellefontaine.

REPORT:
As part of an ongoing process, the Town is dedicating all road widenings as
public highways by by-law.
The subject lands (Part 4) have been acquired by the Town of Newcastle for
road purposes and are located on the east side of Simpson Avenue in the
vicinity of 125 Simpson Avenue (see attached) .
