RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1 . That Report WD-5-87 be received; and,
2. That a by-law be passed by the Town of Newcastle dedicating lands
acquired for the future widening and improving of Pebblestone Road as
public highway.

REPORT:
As part of an ongoing process, the Town is dedicating all road widenings as
public highway by by- law.
The subject lands (Parts 1 & 3) have been acquired by the Town of Newcastle
for road purposes and are located on the south side of Pebblestone Road
immediately east of Timberlane Court (See attached for location) .
