WD-54-85 REPORT: In April , 1979, the Town of Newcastle entered into a Development Agreement with Marnie Industrial Park Limited, to construct an Industrial Subdivision, Lots 29 and 30, Concession 1, in the former Township of Darlington. On November 22, 1982 by Resolution C946-82, Council adopted Planning and Development Report PD194-82 recommending a Certificate of Completion be issued in accordance with the ( Subdivision Agreement. The subdivision was then placed on two year maintenance. Minor maintenance items not performed by the owners has delayed the issuance of a Certificate of Acceptance. However, these items have now been resolved and the works have been constructed and maintained in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Development Agreement and to the satisfaction of the Town. The owners have indicated their compliance with the requirements of the agreement and, therefore, request a final release. Respectfully submitted, r 4fR.G. Dupuis, P. Eng., Director of Public Works.
