REPORT NO. : WD-60-85 SUBJECT: CEAN INVESTMENTS - HIGH STREET SUBDIVISION REMOVAL OF 0.3m RESERVE ALONG THE NORTHWEST LIMIT OF PROUT DRIVE - BLOCK 42 PLAN 1OM-761 . RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended: 1. That this report be received; and, 2. That a by-law be passed by Council dedicating Block 42, Plan 10M-761, as public road allowance; and, 3. That upon passing of said by-law, staff be authorized to issue building permits for the abutting lots provided that all other required conditions are met. f .j f;, . ;i d s Page 2 REPORT NO. WD-60-85 REPORT: To control the development through Land Division, of three lots at the northwest corner of Prout Drive in the Cean Investments, High Street Subdivision, a 0.3 metre reserve was placed along their frontage on that street. The Land Division Committee conditions have now been met, lot levies have been paid, and the deeds are in the process of being signed. Since the builder is anxious to proceed and registration of the by-law dedicating the reserve will take some time, it is recommended that upon passing of the by-law by Council , building permits be issued.
