RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration
Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-265®87 be received; and
2. THAT rezoning applications DEV 87-71, DEV 87-74, DEV 87-75, DEV 87-76 and
DEV 87-77 be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent
report and public meeting.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
The Planning Department has received applications for rezoning for the properties
and purposes noted on the attachments hereto.
The applications have been circulated to various agencies for comment.
It is recommended that the applications be received for information and referred to
Staff for subsequent reports. At such time as the necessary circulation has been
completed, Staff shall schedule the applications for a public meeting of the General
