THAT Report PD-2g0-87 be received; and 2. THAT the request submitted by Kingsberry Properties Ltd. thereby exempting Lots 23, 24 and 25, as shown on Plan 10M-796 from Part Lot Control, be acknowledged; and 3. THAT the attached by-law be approved and forwarded to the Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to Section 49, Subsection (7) of the Planning Act; and ~4. THAT Kingsberry Properties Limited be so advised. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: On October 21, 1987, Staff received a request from Kingsberry Properties Limited for an exemption from Part Lot Control in respect of Lots 23, 2~4 and 25 as shown on registered Plan 10M-796. Staff have reviewed the request and would have no objection to same and the approval of the by-law exempting the subject lands within this plan from Part Lot Control. ...2 -,~~ "/~~ REPORT NO.: PD-290-87 PAGE 2 In that regard, attached herewith is a by-law which requires approval of Council and the Regional Municipality of Durham which would exempt the subject lands from Section 49(5) of the Planning Act pursuant to the provisions of Section 4g(7) of said Act. Accordingly and in order to facilitate conveyance of title of the individual semi-detached dwelling units located on these lots, it would appropriate for the Council to approve the necessary exemption from Part Lot Control.
