THAT Report PD-222-87 be received for- information. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: For• the information of the General Purpose and Administration Committee, Staff have pr•epar•ed the attached list of applications to the Committee of Adjustment for- the meeting of August 20, 1987. This list includes the file number, applicants name, site location, type of variance requested, Official Plan Conformity, By-law Conformity, Staff's comments on the applications and the Committee of Adjustment's decision. Application was made for relief from zoning by-law requirements in order to permit the applicant to create a lot with a frontage of 65 ft. (19.8 m), instead of the required 30 m frontage and an area of 4680 sq. ft. (434 sq. m), instead of the required 1000 sq. m, with an existing commercial building having a side yard of 3 ft. (.91 m)and a rear yard of 22 ft. (6.7 m), instead of the required 10 m side and rear yard. Roger Carr and Mr. Sleep appeared in support of this application. No other person appeared in support of or in opposition to this application.
