BY-LAW 2002- 077
Being a By-law to declare Part 4 on Reference
Plan 40R-)00O0X to be surplus.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of May 21, 2002
approved the recommendations in Report EGD-26-02 respecting the declaration of lands
more particularly described as Part 4 on Reference Plan 40R-)0000C as being surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the lands more particularly described as Part 4 on Reference Plan 40R-
XXXXX are hereby declared surplus.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 27th day of May 2002.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of May 2002.
