By-Law 85-112 was never passed
This by-law pertained to the proposal of a flag for the
Town of Newcastle. It was tabled until a prototype could be presented.
On February 22, 1999 Report ADMIN-06-99 was presented
to Council. This flag was created for the municipality
by the Marketing and Tourism Office as one of the municipality's 25th
anniversary initiatives.
I
