BY -LAW 82- 7
Being a by -law to permit the continuation
of an encroachment onto Town -own lands, by
Clemens T. Smid, Division Street, Bowmanville,
Ontario, now in the Town of Newcastle, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 210 (101) of the
Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980 and the Town of
Newcastle By -law No. 81 -50
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
1. That permission is granted to Clemens T. Smid, Division Street,
Bowmanville, now in the Town of Newcastle, his heirs, successors and
assigns, the right to maintain and use such portion of the erection
as constitutes an encroachment upon a public highway for so long as
the encroachment is not required for municipal purposes;
2.. The lands affected by by -law No. 82 -7 are described as Part 2,
Division Street on Reference Plan 1OR -1412 and registered in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on
• December 11th 1981.
3. A copy of Reference Plan 1OR -1412 is attached as Schedule "A" to
By -law No. 82-7
By -law read a first and second time this 18th day of January 1982.
By -law read a third and final time this 18th day of January 1982.
