THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW 82 - 57
being a by -law to appoint a "Purchasing
and Supply Agent"
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Dennis M. Homeniuk is hereby appointed
Purchasing and Supply Agent of the Town of Newcastle;
2. That Dennis M. Homeniuk shall be paid for his services
such sum annually in accordance with the terms and
conditions set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto;
3. The said appointment shall be in accordance with the
terms and conditions set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto.

Schedule "A" to By -Law 82- 57
Terms and Conditions of appointment of Dennis M. Homeniuk
as Purchasing and Supply Agent, Town of Newcastle
The following shall be the terms and conditions of the employment of
Dennis M. Homeniuk as Purchasing and Supply Agent, Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Effective May 3 1982, Mr. D. M. Homeniuk shall commence his employment
with the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as Purchasing and
Supply Agent;
2. The duties and responsibilities of the Purchasing and Supply Agent are
established by By -Law 82 -24, as may be amended from time to time;
3. D. M. Homeniuk shall be remunerated in accordance with the Town's
Salary Administration Program, Salary Grade 12, Step 3;
4. D. N. Homeniuk shall be entitled to all other employee benefits enjoyed
by all other non - affiliated staff as may be determined from time to time.
