THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW NUMBER 82 -51
being a By -law to repeal By -law 81 -154 in its entirety; By -law 81 -154
being a By -law to amend By -law 1592 of the Former Township of
Clarke.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle has
considered a number of objections to the approval of By -law 81 -154;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
has been advised that the lands affected by By -law 81 -154 shall no
longer be used for a Group Home;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By -law 81 -154 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
