THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2003-057
being a by-law to repeal By-law No. 97-124,
a by-law to amend By-law No. 89-184, as
amended, a by-law to prohibit noises likely
to disturb the inhabitants of the Municipality
of Clarington
WHEREAS Council has adopted the recommendations contained in Resolution
#GPA-189-03 as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law No. 97-124 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of April 2003
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of April 2003
