DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST
There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest stated for this meeting.
COMMUNICATIONS
Resolution #C-388-11
Moved by Councillor Neal, seconded by Councillor Novak
THAT Council approve the issuance of a fireworks permit as requested by Chris
Lopak for an event at the Carriage Country Baptist Church between 7:00 p.m. and
9:00 p.m. on September 16, 2011, provided the fireworks are set off by an individual
of at least 18 years of age.

CONFIRMING BY-LAW

Moved by Councillor Hooper, seconded by Councillor Neal
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 2011-083, being a by-law to confirm the
proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at a special meeting held
on the 12th day of September, 2011; and
THAT the said by-law be approved.
