BY -LAW 73 -3
a by -law to appoint a By -law Officer
and weed Inspector.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, c 284, sec. 352 (63)
authorizes the appointing of such Officers and Servants as may
be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village
of Newcastle enacts as follows:
that James L. Stephenson be appointed to the following offices:
Weed Inspector
By -Law Officer
and that the remuneration for these appointments will be fixes
by Resolution of Council from time to time.
This by -law shall be deemed to be effective April 1, 1973.
By -law 65 -11 is hereby repealed.
