BY -LAW 67 -11
Being a by -law to appoint a Building,
Trench and Weed Inspector and By -Law
Enforcement Officer.
NTH R.E:AS the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1960 Chapt. 249
Sec. 377, par. 58 authorizes the appointing of such
Officers and Servants as may be necessary for the purposes
of the Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Village of Newcastle enacts as follows:
That Harold Wheeler be appointed to the following
Offices:
Building Inspector
Trench Inspector
Deed Inspector
By -law Enforcement Officer.
And that the remuneration for these appointments will
be fixed by Resolution of Council from time to time.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD Time and finally passed
this day of x.96
