WHEREAS it is deemed adviseable to cancel the
retroactive clause from By—Law #'799 which was passed
under the authority of sub—section 1, paragraph 85,
section 379 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1960, chapter 249;

That paragraph (42) of By—Law 099 is hereby deleted.
