A By-Law regarding the form of ballots
for hl'unicipal Elections.
WHEREAS Section -11 (5) and Section 72(3) of the 11unicipal Act, R.S.O.
1960, chapter 249, permits Council to separate and vary the ballots
used in a Mfunicipal Election.
NOU THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle
ENITi%CTS ItItS FOLLOWS:
1. That the ballot papers for Reeve and Councillors shall be prepared in
separate sets.
2. That the number of candidates for each office for which the voters are
entitled to vote be printed on the ballot.
