BY-LAW 67 — 2, 1
A By-Law establishing multiple
polling places.
WHEREAS Section 57> (1) (2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1960,
Chapter 249, authorizes the provision of more than one polling place
in a polling sub-division.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Newcastle polling sub-division known as No. 2 West Ward shall
be provided with two polling places which shall be designated by the
initial letters of the surname5of the voters.
Read a first,, second and third time and passed this day of
