BY — LAW NO. 67-25 The 3y-Law to designate an area of SUBDIVISION CONTROL: 'v=,-REAS Section 26 of the Planning Act authorizes a, Hunicipality to designate by By-Law any area within the municipality as an area of subdivision control and to designate any plan of subdivision or part thereof that has been registered for 8 years or more as not being a plan of subdivision for subdivision control -purposes. ,,'.AREAS it is deemed expedient in order to control adequately the development of !,and in the municipality that a By-Law be passed pursuant to the said Section 26. ,OW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle enacts as follows: 1. The area described as follows is hereby designated as an area of subdivision control. The area of the lands being in Lots 27 and 28 Broken Front in the Township of Clarke, and Lots 27 and 28, Concession 1, in the Township of Clarke now forming part of the Village of Nfewcastle, lying south of the Canadian National Railway, and being shown on a Plan of the Village of Newcastle by C. G. Nanning, P.L.S., dated 11th January 1868, more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this By-Law. 2. The plans of subdivision or parts of -plans of subdivision described in Section 1-of this By-Law are hereby designated to be plans of subdivision or parts thereof which shall be deemed not to be registered plans ,Sub - Section subdivision for the purposes of :b--Section 1 of Section 26 of the Planning _Ict and of Section 1 of this By-Law.
