sale of property owned by
the Municipality.
WHFR.'1S'AS a tax arrears certificate was registered
on January 18, 1965, as No. 24804 against the property
described below

4 ERE" By—law 815 passed on May 3, 1965
declared that the property was required for Xunicipal
purposes
AND WHEREAS this property is no longer required
by the Municipality,
NOW THEREFOR the Council of the Corporation of
the Village of Newcastle enacts as follows:
That the land hereinafter particularly described
namely, Part of lot 29 in the lst Concession of the Township
of Clarke in the Village of Newcastle more particularly
described in Instrument number 2732 registered on the 16th
day of December 1947 in the Registry Office for the West
Riding of the County of Durham for the Village of Newcastle
be sold to the Newcastle Public Utilities Commission
for the sum of twelve hundred dollars (a200.) and that the
Reeve a?id Clerk — Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute
such documents as may be necessary therefor, and to attach
the Corporate seal thereto.
RE.0 a FIRST, SECOMD and THIRD time on the �-4 day of_ 1968.
