A by-law to appoint a Trench
and Weed Inspector and a Municipal
Law Enforcement Officer
14'HEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1960 Chapter
249, See, 377, para. 58, authorizes the appointing
of such Officers and Servants as may be necessary
for the purposes of the Corporation,
WHEREAS AS Council made these appointments by
Resolution No. 138 on June 10/68.
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Village of Newcastle enacts:
That Merril Henry be appointed to the following
Offices:
Trench inspector
Weed Inspector
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.
.And that the remuneration for these appointments
GUNIMI�W
to time.
This By-Law shall be deemed to be effective
By-Law 67-11 is hereby repealed.
