That the estimates be adopted and the following amounts be levied therefore in the manner as set out hereinafter - County Purposes Secondary School Elementary School Libray- ,eneral Purposes ,1 6 0c, - 2. There shall be levied and collected upon the Assessable lands, buildings and businesses within the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle the following rates for the year 1969.
