Being a By-Law of the 12imicipal Council
of the Village of Newcastle to amend By-
Law 803 providing for One-�,iay Streets.
_EIETHEAS it is deemed expedient to amend By -Law 803.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Village of
Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLO-,JS:
Upon those streets and parts of streets described
hereunder vehicular traffic shall move only in the
direction indicated when signs indicating the direction
of traffic have been erected and are on display at
every intersection where movement in the opposite direction
is prohibited.

The provisions of this part shall not become effective
until signs have been erected and are on display, in
compliance with the regulations of the Department of Transport®
