1. A sewage rate is hereby imposed upon owners or

oonnection is provided to sewage works provided and
operated by the Ontario 'dater Resources Commissiog
under the above-mentioned agreement*
2. The sewage rate shall be a charge of $300 cum and
payable in the calendar year in vehich such sewage
connection is installed.
3. This by-law is subject to the approval of the
