AND WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board having
entered an order #H-743-70 dated August 21st, 1970, authorized
the passing of all requisite by-laws required to authorize
the said works;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Village of Newcastle enacts:
THAT the Public Utilities Commission of the Village
#f Newcastle may proceed with the construction of a substation-,
Cmprovements and extension to the system of distribution of
electricity and street lights.

READ a THIRD time and finally passed this day of
